Formats  
PDF Adobe's Portable Document Format. Most computers have Adobe Reader software already installed, but if this format does not work for you, this useful software can be downloaded for free by following this link. Save the file to your desktop. When the download completes install it by double-clicking on the new desktop icon and following the instructions.
RTF Rich Text Format. These documents can be opened in any good Word Processor packages such as Microsoft Word or Open Office Writer.
Text Text documents are in plain text, the simplest form of file possible. They are ideal for those who are sight impaired and use screen reading software. They can also be opened and printed using any word processor or text editor. text
